Charissa Thompson born May 4th, 1982 in Seattle Washington United States is an extremely wealthy and well-known sportscaster. ESPN analyst, who was brought on as a co-host for SportsNation in 2012. She hosted ABC's Splash series along with Joey Lawrence. Thompson was born and raised in Seattle Washington. Being the youngest of her three siblings, Thompson knew the broadcasting career was something she desired from a young age. She was a student at Inglemoor High School, Kenmore Washington. Thompson moved to California to attend community college and gain California residency. Then she transferred to University of California, Santa Barbara which she attended and graduated with an B.A. She earned her degree in Law and Society with a Bachelor of Arts in 2004. Thompson has clarified that she did not attend Washington State University (WSU) which is what Sports Illustrated claimed.
