Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, the good and the bad. My family moved to America. When I was of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. My parents inspired me and helped me to become successful. I believed my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin an family. That was my ideal of what success would look like. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. The year was 2013, and I found that I hated working in my company job. The status and the money didn't inspire me. I believed that I was wasting time for money. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with other people led me to find my new calling as an instructor. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth this year, 2021. Being a Asian woman in the industry, there are a many of us. In the coaching industry I would like to be a positive influence by providing quality training to aid others to become healthier and happier. I am also committed to empowering others so they can reach the goals they set, pursue their dreams and live the life of your dreams. While my professional life began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my life- the passing of my mom. She has won the eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. It is true that life has a way with giving us the exact thing we require even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. For me, it was my second chance to live a full and happy life. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live now instead of merely living like I was before. As I tell my story, I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for yours. It is my wish to make you aware that you're never alone. You have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. As death is all that we can have I wish you a great time in the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
