Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. In the age of thirteen Richard and his family moved out of Nebraska and moved to Casper in the state of Casper where his father was head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
